Description
Carbon Fiber Reinforcement: Chopped carbon fibers are embedded into the polymer matrix, dramatically enhancing tensile performance, dimensional accuracy, and structural integrity.
High Mechanical Strength & Stiffness: Delivers exceptional modulus and load-bearing performance, making printed parts ideal for demanding functional prototypes and end-use structural components.
High Surface Hardness & Wear Resistance: Features a rugged surface finish that resists scuffs, scratches, and mechanical wear under repeated friction.
Low Moisture Absorption (Superior to PA-CF): Significantly less hygroscopic than traditional polyamide (nylon) composite materials, eliminating the need for constant pre-print drying cycles and preventing steam bubbling during extrusion.
No Buckling Deformation & Anti-Warping: Carbon fiber alignment neutralizes internal thermal stress during cooling, preventing bed detachment, edge curling, or part deformation.
Good Interlayer Bonding: Specially modified resin base optimizes Z-axis cohesion to ensure high structural reliability along all stress axes.
Easy Printability for Entry-Level High Performance: Bridges the gap between basic desktop materials and advanced engineering plastics, providing accessible, hassle-free processing on standard desktop printers.
Environmentally Friendly Formulation: Uses sustainable base polymers combined with non-hazardous additives for low-odor, safer printing environments.
