01 Shanghai, China
Shanghai International Carbon Neutrality Expo
From June 5th to 8th, KEXCELLED, in collaboration with Master Kong, participated in the 2024 Shanghai International Carbon Neutrality Expo, launching an eco-friendly 3D printing filament made from tea residue—THE K5™ Tea.

During the production of tea beverages, a large amount of waste tea residue is generated after extracting useful substances from the leaves. To address the issue of the long degradation time of landfilled tea residue, KEXCELLED and Master Kong recycled this waste. By optimizing the size and blending ratio of the tea residue with PLA material, we developed this high-performance, eco-friendly 3D printing filament, paving the way for innovative 3D printing applications.

THE K5™ Tea filament features the natural texture and color of tea leaves, giving printed products a unique tea-like texture, enhancing both their visual appeal and tactile experience. During the exhibition, visitors and media praised the eco-friendly concept and innovative application, with many showing great interest in this new material.

From June 19th to 21st, KEXCELLED was invited to SAMPE China 2024 Annual Conference and the 19th International Advanced Composite Materials Exhibition. We showcased high-performance filaments, industrial-grade resins, and professional 3D printing solutions, attracting significant attention with our high-quality products and advanced technology.

Our high-performance filaments and resins, known for their strength, heat resistance, and excellent print quality, are widely used in high-end industries such as aerospace and automotive manufacturing. At the exhibition, we launched several new high-performance filament products and provided detailed information on their features and applications. The audience showed great interest in our products, and many industry experts engaged in in-depth discussions with us, exploring potential partnerships.

Manufacturing World Japan 2024
Simultaneously, from June 19th to 21st, KEXCELLED participated in Manufacturing World Japan, an international industrial exhibition in Tokyo, alongside over 1800 global companies.

This event marked KEXCELLED’s first face-to-face interaction with Japanese users, where we showcased a diverse range of products and the latest 3D printing solutions, attracting many visitors. RAPID+TCT
From June 25th to 27th, KEXCELLED attended RAPID+TCT, North America’s largest 3D printing exhibition, where we showcased a wide array of aesthetic materials, TPU materials of varying hardness, high-performance materials for different applications, professional-grade dental materials, consumer and industrial-grade resins, and the innovative RFS detachable spool solution. These offerings received widespread attention from North American users, demonstrating KEXCELLED’s leadership in 3D printing materials.
